No Straight Way is a visual assemblage constructed through hand-painted paper fragments, gestural brushwork and layered abstract forms.

The composition is dominated by curves, loops and sweeping black and grey gestures that bend, overlap and redirect one another. A concentric structure in the upper section creates a strong visual pull, while heavier fragments accumulate below, giving the painted mark an unexpected physical presence.

By cutting and repositioning individual gestures, Goffredo transforms the continuity of painting into a fragmented system of movement. Each element retains the energy of the original brushstroke while becoming part of a completely new trajectory.

No Straight Way explores abstraction as a space without predetermined routes, where rhythm emerges through deviation, collision and return.
