In Unfinished Conversation, painting seems to stop precisely at the point where something still needs to be said.

The composition gathers around its centre, where intense reds, acidic greens, deep blues and blacks intertwine in an unstable mass, suspended between emergence and dissolution. Around it, white does not simply act as a background: it enters the surface, interrupts the gesture and creates sharp pauses, like silences within a dialogue.

The forms never completely resolve. Some seem to advance, others are covered, while others reappear through transparent layers and overlapping gestures. It is a painting built through interruptions, returns, hesitations and traces.

The title therefore becomes an essential part of the work. Unfinished Conversation does not depict a conversation; it recreates its dynamics. What has been expressed exists alongside what was left unsaid.

Because some conversations do not end when we stop speaking. They continue to exist in the space left by missing words.
