In Chromatic Tide, colour does not simply occupy space: it moves through it, floods it and transforms it.

The composition is built through painterly masses that seem to advance and recede like a tide. Deep violets, blacks, yellows, magentas, greys and sudden openings of white interact without ever becoming completely still, creating a constant tension between density and breathing space.

Broad, curved brushstrokes give the work an almost organic movement. Some forms gather and compress, others expand outward, while drips and more fluid marks introduce the sense of something continuing to flow beyond the initial gesture.

The square format contains this energy without neutralising it. Instead, it intensifies the contrast between what seeks concentration and what continually pushes beyond its own boundaries.

Chromatic Tide is about transformation through colour. About forces meeting, contaminating one another, resisting and eventually merging again.
